A man in his 20s was arrested on suspicion of drink driving following a two-car crash near Plymouth on the night of Tuesday, April 1. At around 10:05 PM, Devon and Cornwall Police responded to the incident in Ermington, a village located south of Ivybridge, Devon.

The crash occurred on the A3121, and emergency services, including an ambulance, were called to the scene. Minor injuries were reported as a result of the crash, but there were no serious casualties.

The A3121 was blocked for several hours, with the road reopening just after midnight. Following the incident, a man in his 20s was arrested on suspicion of drink driving, but he was later released without charge.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police commented: “Police were called at 10:05 PM on April 1 following a two-car collision on the A3121 at Ermington. The ambulance also attended, and minor injuries were reported. The road was blocked until just after midnight.
