A recent report has unveiled the most expensive neighborhoods in Plymouth for homebuyers, with Mannamead and Hartley topping the list. The study, conducted by Online Marketing Surgery and Cardinal Steels, analyzed property prices across the city, ranking neighborhoods based on their median house prices for the year ending March 2024.

According to the findings, Mannamead and Hartley recorded the highest median house price at £355,000, securing its position as the priciest area in Plymouth. It was followed by Plymstock Elburton, where homes had a median price of £320,000.

At the other end of the scale, the cheapest area to buy property in Plymouth was City Centre, Barbican, and Sutton Harbour, where the median house price was recorded at just £150,000.

The property report, which compiled data from the Office for National Statistics (ONS), examined median house prices and property sales across different MSOA areas (Middle Layer Super Output Areas) in Plymouth. The findings provide a detailed insight into the city’s real estate market trends and the varying affordability of different neighborhoods.

This ranking serves as a valuable guide for prospective homebuyers looking to invest in Plymouth’s property market in 2024.
